JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP, N.J. — A pregnant woman and an 11-year-old child were among three members of a family killed when the driver of their SUV, who was drunk, lost control and crashed in New Jersey, police said Sunday.
Luis Torres, 37, of Jersey City was arrested on charges of manslaughter, vehicular homicide and assault by auto following Saturday night’s wreck on Route 15 in Jefferson Township.
