A North Carolina man beat his one-legged, wheelchair-bound neighbor to death with a hammer and then cut-up his body and stashed it in plastic bins in the apartment they shared, police said.
Brian Scott Hord, 33, of Gastonia, was arrested on Tuesday night after his estranged wife tipped police about the gruesome slaying of 68-year-old Richard Lee Gentry, the Gaston Gazette reported.
Elizabeth Park told cops that her crazed ex called her after the attack and admitted to killing Gentry.
"He said he hit him over the head with a hammer several times," Park told the 911 dispatcher, according to the Gazette.
"He's actually mentioned it before about doing it and he said he's just not gotten up the courage to do it."

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
