A mother has been arrested and charged with murder after she gave birth to a baby in Kohl's department store and threw the body in the trash, police said today.
Metro Police have charged Jessica Price, 29, from Louisville, Kentucky, with murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence.
The newborn was found on August 8 in the bathroom of the Kohl's on Standiford Plaza Drive.
