A Clarksville, Tennessee man has been charged with five counts of child rape and two counts of sexual exploitaion after he allegedly raped a seven-year-old girl.
William Reed is charged with raping the girl and performing sexual acts on the child between January 2011 and June 2013 according to his indictment.
In addition to the appalling allegation leveled against him, Reed is accused of showing sexual material to the child while he was abusing her.
