An up-and-coming rapper and a young college student were killed and another person is clinging to life after a shooting Saturday that also injured five additional people inside an Alabama bar.
Glenn Thomas, known on stage as Doe B, and Kimberle Johnson, 21, were killed as shots rang out in a packed Montgomery bar just before 1am Saturday morning.
Mr Thomas, 22, was a member of superstar rapper TI’s Hustle Gang and had come home to celebrate a recent hit song. Ms Johnson was celebrating her 21st birthday, according to WAKA.
