New video shows the moment Texas fertilizer plant burst into flames, killing 15 and and injuring more than 200

A year after the town of West, Texas was rocked by a fertilizer plant explosion, new video has surfaced showing the building as it burst into flames. Jeff Tobola and son Mason were out driving on April 17 when the blast happened, and quickly recorded the fiery aftermath on video. Mr Tobola had kept the video private until this week, when he decided to finally share it with local news station WFAA.
