Yee-Ping Yang jumped from the luxury apartment building Trump Palace on E. 69th St. around 1:45 a.m. Wednesday morning in an apparent suicide, according to cops. Hours later, an unidentified woman leaped from an 18th-floor balcony on E. 86th St., police say.
