An ailing Arizona mother and her special-needs 12-year-old daughter have been discovered dead in their Mesa home as a result of an apparent murder-suicide.
According to police, officers responding to a 911 call went to a home where a man said he'd returned from work Monday and found his wife and daughter dead.
Police identify the mother as 45-year-old Marcia Wentzel and the daughter as 12-year-old Caitlin Wentzel.
