A 13-year-old boy fell 15 stories off a balcony and died Saturday morning in Panama City beach Fla.
The unidentified victim, who is from Plainfield Ind., went into a room at a condominium complex after 10 a.m. when he fell off the balcony on the 15th floor and plummeted to his death, police said.
"We heard a clanking, like glass or metal, and then we heard a thud," Rachel Salyer told The News Herald.
