A 12-year-old has been killed after a wall inside her school collapsed on top of her.
The student died at Liberton High School in Edinburgh just before 10am, apparently as she got dressed for her PE lesson in a gymnasium changing room.
Police Scotland said her name and age will not be released until later today. Her family has been informed.
The incident came just a month after a teenage student fell 15ft down a lift shaft and fractured three vertebrae in her back at the school.
