A 12-year-old boy was mistakenly shot dead by his own brother after he mistook him for a home intruder according to authorities in Florida.
The 16-year-old was home alone on Friday afternoon when he told Orlando police that a noise inside his gated Lake Nona home prompted him to grab a gun and mistakenly shoot the boy dead in the chest.
'He heard some noises and he called out for his brother and he didn’t answer and so then his brother startled him,' Orlando Police Department Detective Mike Moreschi told WFTV.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
