Jabari Kemp, 21, ran a red light and was speeding off I-95 near Riviera Beach when he slammed into a Lexus carrying five people, killing them all, police say. Kemp remains hospitalized and is expected to survive. Police say charges against Kemp are pending and blood was drawn to check for drugs or alcohol.
