A five-year-old girl had both her ears ripped off in a savage attack by her neighbour's dogs after she wandered into her back yard.
The youngster, named only as Savanna, was flown to hospital in a critical condition after suffering bite wounds on her torso and neck at her Maryland home.
She has been upgraded to stable.
