A graffiti artist was accidentally strangled to death by his own rope after lowering himself off an 18-story high-rise, fire officials believe.
The man, who has not been named, was found by passers-by swinging 240 feet in the air next to the 1201 K Tower in Sacramento, Calif., at 7.45 a.m. on Sunday.
A can of spray paint was found on the balcony where the ropes had been anchored, and a tool for etching glass was discovered on the ground.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
