An Iowa woman hanged her boyfriend's dog from garage rafters with its leash because it was barking too much, police said.
Sheena Ann Cornwell, 28, is accused of killing 15-year-old pit bull Lillie at the Des Moines house she shared with Joshua VanDyke, 32, on Saturday.
