IBARAKI —
Police said Thursday they have arrested a man after he allegedly punched four schoolchildren outside Ishioka Station in Ibaraki Prefecture.
According to police, the man, who has been named as 32-year-old Kazuhiko Yahagi, was arrested on June 15 after he allegedly punched the four high school students in the face, one after another, outside the station, TBS reported. The attacks took place just after 12 noon..
Yahagi fled the scene, but police used an artist’s likeness to identify and locate him. During police questioning, Yahagi was quoted as saying he had no memory of hitting the children.
Yahagi is also under investigation in relation to two other assaults, which were reported in the area on the same day, TBS reported. The four children hit by Yahagi sustained minor injuries in the attack, police said.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
