Teens found beaten, whipped and suffering from hypothermia after 'brutal high school hazing'

A group of teenagers were found beaten and suffering from hypothermia in a wooded area after a brutal school hazing ritual, it emerged today. Snohomish County Sheriff's Office said that deputies were sent to the area in Bothell on Monday night after they received a report of young men yelling. When they arrived they found around 12 teens aged 16 to 18 years old who were all students of Inglemoor High School in Kenmore. Some of the students were half naked. Others were bent over a log and some had open wounds from being struck with different items, according to Komo News. Lt Jeff Brand said seven of the teens were juniors at the school and were part of an 'unofficial hazing process' related to the school in which they were blindfolded, led into the woods and beaten with plastic pipes and metal rods so they could join the 'Naked Vikings'.
