Teenager charged with killing caged animals on cell phone video after over 13,000 people demand an arrest

A Florida teenager was arrested for animal cruelty after a sickening video that shows two trapped animals being shot in the face and then squirming in pain surfaced online. The 17-year-old from Melbourne is being held in Brevard County Juvenile Detention Center after being charged on Monday in connection with the disturbing footage that appeared on Facebook a day earlier. The video was then posted on YouTube by the Causes website where over 13,000 people signed a petition demanding that authorities investigate the cruelty and prosecute those involved.
