Mother of four and her boyfriend charged with capital murder for 'beating son, 5, to death with a belt because he wet his pants'

An Alabama mother of four and her fiance have been charged with capital murder in the beating death of the woman’s 5-year-old son. India Kimble, 28, and Vonta McClellan, 26, both from Anniston, were arrested Tuesday and charged with killing Gregory Caver after he had wet his pants. Local authorities say they responded to a report of a child having difficulty breathing and the toddler was later pronounced dead at a hospital in Birmingham.
