A teenager was shot dead by his younger brother after the ten-year-old discovered the keys to a gun safe.
Logan Anthony Armendariz, 13, was at home with his sibling when the child found the revolver and, believing it to be empty, pointed it at his older brother and pulled the trigger.
In a tragic set of circumstances, there was only one bullet left and it was in the firing chamber.
It hit Logan in the chest and he died later the same day (Monday) at Saint Vincent's Anderson Regional Hospital from his wound.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
