2 dead, 1 hurt after KOMO TV news helicopter crashes in Seattle near Space Needle

At least two people are dead after a Seattle news helicopter plummeted from the sky Tuesday morning and crashed into two cars, exploding in a massive fireball just feet from the city’s distinctive Space Needle, the city's fire department said. A 37-year-old man pulled himself from his car and has burns over more than 50% of his body, Seattle Fire spokesman Kyle Moore said. The man is clinging to life in critical condition at Harborview Medical Center, Moore said.
