Colleen Stan, 20, was picked up by Cameron Hooker, 23, and his 19-year-old wife, Janice, in May 1977. Hooker abducted Stan at knifepoint, forcing a 20-pound hinged wooden box around her head. For the next few years, Stan was tortured, raped — and left for days in the head box or another coffin-like box under the couple's bed.
