A Colorado man confessed this weekend to killing two teen boys who he said were out to blackmail him using video footage of him asking them for sex. William Dean Otto, 43, pointed police to the bodies of Danny Espinosa-Gamboa and Jonathan Gonzalez, both aged 16, buried in shallow graves near the South Platte River in Northeastern Colorado. Otto told police the boys came to his house with footage of him propositioning one of them for sex. They threatened to blackmail Otto with the video and he said he shot them when, after he refused to pay them each $10,000, one of the victims brandished a butcher knife at him.

GIFU — Police have arrested a man in Ogaki, Gifu Prefecture, for the alleged murder of his wife. According to police, Seiji Kobori, 50, was arrested Wednesday for the murder of his 44-year-old wife Chiyomi at their home, TBS reported. Two adults and a teenager killed after their plane collides with power line

A private twin-engine aircraft has crashed near a subdivision in coastal South Carolina, killing all three people onboard. Horry County Coroner Robert Edge identified the victims Saturday night as 39-year-old James Major of Conway, 42-year-old Kenneth Piuma of Myrtle Beach and 16-year-old Donald Dale Becker of Conway. Edge said Major was piloting the plane when it apparently struck a power line while attempting to return to Conway-Horry County Airport Saturday afternoon.

A California superior court judge sentenced Father Uriel Ojeda, 33, to eight years in state prison on Friday for molesting a teenage girl multiple times. "My actions were those of a weak and sinful man," Ojeda said in court. Ojeda pleaded no contest to sneaking into the young girl’s bedroom at her parents’ Sacramento home on the night he was ordained and climbing into bed with her as she slept. "You traumatized me," the girl told him in a letter that was read in court by Deputy District Attorney Allison Dunham. “And you thought I would never tell anyone, didn't you? But you thought wrong.” According to the girl’s parents, Ojeda molested their daughter on 10 occasions, and the crimes took place between June 29, 2007, and June 30, 2009, the Sacramento Bee reported.
