A man has been charged with murder after shooting and killing his younger brother for telling him to be quiet. Larry Peters, 63, is alleged to have shot his brother Ronald Peters, 50, twice during the domestic dispute which happened at around 3pm on Friday afternoon in Englewood, Chicago. The brothers lived at the same address on the 5800 block of South Shields Avenue. The argument is said to have started when Ronald Peters asked his older brother, who lived on the floor above, to stop making noise.
