Two men have died after a double stabbing in Birmingham city centre, West Midlands police said tonight. Police flooded the area around Martineau Place and Union Street after receiving reports of the stabbings at 5.50pm. The two victims are believed to be in their 40s. West Midlands Police said one victim was stabbed outside a Sainsbury's store on Martineau Place while the second man was found slumped near Boots in Union Street.
