A Texas girl's sixteenth birthday collapsed into a horror show when her father shot her mother and then killed himself, authorities said. Kelly Suckla, 43, shot his estranged wife Kristi, 44, at the front door of her parents' home in Grapevine, outside Dallas, after the two began arguing during a party for their daughter's birthday, local TV station WFAA reported. Suckla then stepped into his in-laws' front yard, where he turned the pistol onto himself. Authorities said Kristi died some 40 minutes later at Baylor Regional Medical Center.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
