A 42-year-old man was tragically strangled to death when he fell on an escalator in downtown Seattle and his clothing got caught in the mechanism.
Video footage shows Maurecio Bell of Renton, Washington, staggering and leaning against the escalator just prior to the incident. He had an opened bottle of brandy in his back pocket.
Bell was found unconscious and unresponsive at about 5.30 a.m. on Sunday morning at the bottom of an escalator at the Benaroya Hall Metro Station.
