Horrific pictures of turtle bludgeoned to death with a GOLF CLUB while laying her eggs in a bunker
A snapping turtle has died after it was found bludgeoned in a sand bunker on a golf course.
The female turtle was found on Monday after being beaten with a golf club at the Delbrook Golf Club in Delavan, Wisconsin.
She had holes in her shell and was also struck in the right eye. The turtle, aged between 10 and 13 years old, was looking for a place to lay her eggs when she was attacked.
