Authorities say a pickup truck has crashed in South Texas, killing at least 13 people in the vehicle and injuring 10 others. Louann Presas, a spokeswoman for the Texas Department of Public Safety, says the crash occurred about 7pm on Sunday near Berclair when the truck ran off the highway and crashed into some trees. Presas says all the victims were in the same Ford F-250 pickup. At least 23 people were crammed into the bed and cab of the pickup truck when it veered off a highway and crashed into trees on Sunday evening in Berclair, about 100 miles southeast of San Antonio.
