GLENDALE, Calif. (KTLA) -- A mountain lion mauled a 1-year-old German-Belgian Shepherd mix to death on Saturday in Glendale, officials said. The dog, named "Cookie," was last seen Friday night before her owners went to bed for the evening at their home in the 1800 block of Emerald Terrace. The following morning at about 8:30 a.m., they discovered that Cookie had been killed.
