A 13-year-old girl could face second-degree murder charges after stealing her parents’ truck then crashing into and killing a 17-year-old driver. The suspect was speeding away from authorities when she careered into another car - killing the driver, Aubrey Nothum, who has a one-year-old son. The suspect and her 11-year-old brother, who was a passenger in the truck, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
