CHIBA — A 19-year-old youth in Ichikawa, Chiba Prefecture, has been arrested on suspicion of forcing an 18-year-old boy to jump into a river in July, resulting in his death. According to police, the victim, who has been named as Ryota Makino, was forced to jump into the river where he drowned. The suspect, who is a minor, cannot be named. Police say that boys who knew the pair say the 19-year-old used to bully the victim, Fuji TV reported.
