A Sydney man has pleaded guilty to murdering an Indian student whose body was found in a suitcase. Tosha Thakkar's body was found in a suitcase near the Parramatta River at Meadowbank last year. The suitcase was found by construction workers. Police say the 24-year-old student had been raped and strangled. Burwood Local Court has heard her neighbour, Daniel Stani-Reginald, has pleaded guilty to her murder. The 21-year-old lived in the same unit block at Croydon in the inner-west. He will be sentenced next month.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
