Pennsylvania man Jorge Colon is facing multiple felony charges after police say he scalded his infant daughter for being fussy in her bath. 'I have been a police officer for 38 years, this is one of the worst cases of child abuse I have ever seen in Chester County,' Oxford Police Chief John Slauch told reporters. Colon, 20, of Oxford was arrested after his infant daughter was treated at a local hospital Saturday for first and second degree burns covering over 40 per cent of her body.
