CHIBA — A woman was attacked by a man who cut her hair while she was walking home Sunday morning in Narashino City, Chiba Prefecture. According to police, the 28-year-old woman, who operates a bar, was on her way home at about 3:30 a.m., TBS reported. She told police that a man grabbed her hair from behind and started cutting strands off with a knife. After they struggled for a few minutes, he fled.
