A man who shot his estranged wife's lover in the head after he received a picture of them engaged in a sex act was sentenced to 15 years in jail after the defense argued he acted in 'sudden passion'. Mark Lynn Milligan, 47, of Garland, Dallas, was convicted of murdering tattoo artist Jesus Dominguez, 36, in October 2011. He was facing a sentence of 25 years to life but his punishment range was downgraded after the defense argued it was an act of passion.
