An Indiana man has been charged in a sex-crime spree on Oct. 9 on the Far South Side that began with an attack on a mother and her 22-year-old daughter, a failed assault on an 11-year-old girl and the rape of a 14-year-old girl heading to her school bus just hours after the first attack, authorities said Saturday.
He threatened to kill his last victim, the 14-year-old, when she started praying during the attack, Cook County prosecutors said.
