Enraged Texas mom rips 6-year-old son’s scrotum, tries gluing it back
Jennifer Marie Vargas, 34, allegedly used alcohol to clean the wound before applying the adhesive as the child howled in pain on Sept. 27. Police say she never sought medical treatment for the 1.5-inch cut to his scrotum and bruising to his penis.
