Police are investigating a gruesume murder in Southern California after dismembered pieces of the same woman were discovered in two waste water plants 30 miles apart.
The first horrifying discovery was made at a pollution control plant in Carson, California, on Saturday when workers found a woman's legs, feet and pelvis.
Then, on Monday, workers investigating a clog at a sewage treatment plant in Industry, California, found a head and torso in a sewage holding tank.
