Bloody night in NY: Ten shot, five dead — no arrests

A bloody 10-hour shooting spree left five people dead and another five wounded across the city in a violent start to the weekend, cops said. All of the killers — including one with a mouthful of gold teeth — remained on the streets as police reported no arrests in the eight incidents of gunfire that started and ended in the Bronx. The carnage began at about 6 p.m. Friday when a gunman opened fire on Tyrek Singleton, 28, and a friend outside the Adams Houses on Tinton Ave. in the Bronx.
