Police are on the hunt for a group of men who shot and killed a 36-year-old man while his six-year-old niece and three other family members sat gagged nearby.
The surviving victims say three to five masked men raided their North Philadelphia home late Wednesday night, shooting 36-year-old Roshan Sullivan in the back of the head to the witness of the child.
The hands of Mr Sullivan's mother, brother, sister and niece were zip tied and mouths gagged with duct tape by the men as they searched the home for cash and other objects of value.
