EAST LONGMEADOW, Mass.—A worker for a western Massachusetts tree cutting company has been killed by a falling tree.
Police in East Longmeadow say the 28-year-old Southwick man was working in the back yard of a home on Thursday afternoon when he was apparently struck by the upper limbs of a falling tree as he tried to get out of the way.
