A woman was stabbed to death Friday in San Leandro, police said. The victim, a woman in her 20s whose name was not immediately released, was found slumped over in the driver's seat of a parked car on the 300 block of Best Avenue about 4 p.m., said San Leandro police Lt. Rick DeCosta.
