A hit and run driver killed two children on a family outing while fleeing another collision, it has emerged.
Eric Ochoa, five, and sister Julissa, ten months, died on Saturday evening when an SUV ploughed into their Dodge Neon, seconds after slamming into another car in Chicago, IL.
Witnesses described how the driver of the SUV sped away from the horror scene leaving the children's mother, Bernice Cabrera, screaming in the street.
