UPPER UWCHLAN TWP., Pa. - March 26, 2012 (WPVI) -- The Chester County district attorney says a man has been arrested for the murder of his estranged wife, and the mother of their four children, outside a Wawa convenience store.
James Hvizda allegedly stabbed his wife, Kimberly, at approximately 11:10 p.m. Sunday outside the store at 1800 Ticonderoga Boulevard in Upper Uwchlan Township.
In a written statement, District Attorney Tom Hogan stated, "This was a cold-blooded, pre-planned killing. The defendant executed his wife, the mother of his four children, with casual efficiency. Those four children are now left without a mother and with a father charged with murder."
