A two-year-old boy was rushed to hospital when police who were arresting his mom became concerned he was high on heroin.
Camie Bena, 22, was picked up by deputies who pulled her car over in Everett, Washington on Thursday night.
Her boyfriend, who was in the car, was arrested on a warrant and other charges.
