Three people are dead and three others injured in a solo vehicle crash Saturday night near Tulare.
An 18-year-old man from Tulare was driving north on Highway 99, south of Avenue 264, when he lost control of the vehicle, spun out, and crashed into a large tree on the shoulder of the road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
