Three men shot to death in Woodlawn apartment

Two men were found shot dead in their South Side Woodlawn apartment Tuesday night and another died later at an area hospital.

A 34-year-old man – identified by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office as Terry L. Brown – and another man in his 30s were found dead shot to death in an apartment in the 6300 block of South Evans Avenue, about 11 p.m., police said. Police found Brown dead in the kitchen hallway with a gunshot wound to the head and the other man dead on the back porch with multiple gunshot wounds to his body.

They were both pronounced dead at the scene, the medical examiner’s office said.
