An 84-year-old woman was fatally stabbed Friday morning in her Northwest Side Dunning neighborhood home.

Police were questioning a relative in relation to the stabbing, which appears to be a domestic incident, Kubiak said.
Neighbors said police had been out to the home repeatedly in the past year.
