The heart-stopping moment a drunk reveller plunged 15ft onto a concrete pavement from railings outside a bar in a notorious resort has been caught on camera. The 23-year-old man, who is lucky to be alive, was reportedly showing off to friends by clambering over the safety barrier outside Chy Bar in Newquay, Cornwall. Police later confirmed that his injuries were not life-threatening and that he had been treated for a fractured wrist.
